Regulatory Compliance
Our terms are governed extensively by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations. All users must strictly adhere to these laws when utilizing our communication platform.
Mandatory DLT Registration
Per TRAI guidelines, all entities wishing to send commercial communication must register on the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) platform. Sender IDs and message templates must be approved before broadcasting.
Usage Policies
We urge all clients to use our services "wisely" and responsibly.
- No Spam Policy: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam for both SMS and mailing services. The sending of unsolicited messages is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the account.
- Content Restrictions: Users must not transmit content that is illegal, offensive, harassing, or generally inappropriate.
Limitation of Liability
WiseLiquid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
